This client needed support with improving efficiencies around their month end and the reliability of information about Work in Progress.

Results:

• Reviewed payroll settings and ran basic checks and controls. Discovered overpayment to one staff dating back 18 months. Reduced future costs by $60k/ year.

• Reviewed list of Work in Progress and and compared it to the register in Xero. Discovered $14k of unbilled Work in Progress. Resulted in revenue increase by $14 k that otherwise would have been lost.
